Acrylic on Canvas, 48” x 60”; This painting marks the beginning of my diamond series of artworks. I chose about 6 different colors and just painted in the diamonds one by one until the whole space was filled. In this way the over all pattern is fluid and natural feeling. I called it Begin Again because it was a painting that sparked a new series after a bit of a creative slump. The title and the word “Begin” seen behind the diamond pattern in the upper right all were chosen to inspire action in me and in whoever looks at the painting.
